ISSUING

Mastercard continues to play a leading role in the structure of payment systems with 70.6% (+2.2% in October) vs 29.3% for VISA (-2.2% in October) and 0.1% for PROSTIR.

During October the number of transactions by issued payment cards increased by +7%. The average check increased by +10%.

ACQUIRING

The number of acquirers’ transactions in October increased by +9% compared to September. Purchases in POS increased by +12%, in E-com by +13%, P2P by -3%.

E-COMMERCE

In the E-com segment we see an increase in the number of transactions: +7% in October. The sharp drop in C2C transactions (-32%) was offset by the surplus by the growth of all other types of transactions.

In the structure of payment methods we note an increase in the usage of Apple Pay (+1.8%) and G-Pay (+0.7%) wallets.
